Welcome Marathoners and Half Marathoners!
My marathon training program is designed to take you from casual runner to marathoner or half marathoner. The program is very new runner friendly, and walkers are always welcome!
Training for the Seattle Marathon began on July 25 at 9:00 a.m.

Training Includes
Time: 9:00 a.m. first 8 weeks, 8:00 last 11 weeks.
Location: Jennings Park in Marysville (Armar Road Entrance).
