Welcome Marathoners and Half Marathoners!

My marathon training program is designed to take you from casual runner to marathoner or half marathoner. The program is very new runner friendly, and walkers are always welcome!

Training for the Seattle Marathon began on July 25 at 9:00 a.m. 

If you are interested in joining our group, either fill out the contact form or email me.

Training Includes

  • 19 Week training schedule
  • Camaraderie on weekly long runs
  • Optional Wednesday runs
  • Free tech shirt and water bottle
  • Weekly seminars
  • Online resources
  • A fun and enthusiastic coach who has run 24 marathons and loved every one!

Time: 9:00 a.m. first 8 weeks, 8:00 last 11 weeks.

Location: Jennings Park in Marysville (Armar Road Entrance).
