Booty Busting Bootcamp!
Two nights a week in a lighted, safe area, join us to bust your booty in a challenging, fun, bootcamp program. My goal is to help you reach your goal of building a stronger cardiovascular system, building muscle, avoiding injury, and having FUN!
Classes are Monday and Wednesday evenings at 5:30 p.m. and last an hour. Class will be a combination of running/walking, cardio, strength (using fitness bands), and core work.
Save $10! Sign up for both two day bootcamp AND the 5k training or marathon/half marathon training! If you are a current marathon/half marathon member, contact me and I'll send you the appropriate link.
Bring to your first class:
- Water
- Yoga mat
- Fitness band
- Hand weights (suggested 3 and 5 pounds)
- Running shoes
Classes will be held at the MPHS Track at
5611 108th Street. Classes begin October 5 and run Mondays and Wednesdays through October 29. NOTE: There is no class on October 19 as Tory is unavailable. We will do a makeup class.
Cost is $50 for once a week, $75 for twice a week. Classes are rain or shine! We do, after all, live in the Pacific Northwest!
Winter Trail Running Series
- Ever wanted to hit the trails but don't know where to go, what to wear, or how to navigate the trail systems on some of our local trails? Join us for this four week series.
- We'll run in a variety of trails from Arlington to Issaquah.
- Learn to trail run in a safe, fun environment.
Dates are to be announced and will probably be in November/December on Sunday afternoons. Please drop me a line if you're interested!
Cost is $75 for entire series, or $20 per run.
Participants will carpool to the run sites as a group (or meet there). Bring some extra money for a stop after for coffee or food.
Participants should be able to run 1 mile without stopping, and have the endurance to run/walk at least three miles.
